It’s easy to make custom curves with this high-quality bendable sheet material, eliminating the hassle of bending plywood or making “ribs” and trying to fiberglass something level over a large panel dimension. The bendable MDF sheet has a smooth pre sanded (120 grit) surface, which makes it ideal for painting, laminating, or laying up fiberglass to pull forms. Using the double skin technique shown below, two sheets of Neatform can be glued together to create freestanding double sided curves, which enable greater design flexibility. Sold in a 32”x 48” sheet, 1/4” Thick.
