We demonstrate smart fabrication techniques and industry secrets that will enhance the way you integrate mobile electronics with vehicle panels and structural components.

Day-to-Day Overview
Day 1: Advanced Enclosure & Interior Design
Master the art of designing custom interiors and subwoofer enclosures with hands-on training. Topics include advanced router techniques, enclosure calculations, and professional tips for styling, planning, and charging for services.
Day 2: Audio System Design & Tuning (Sponsored by Audison – Hertz)
Learn sound principles, speaker positioning, and multi-mic measurement strategies. Deepen your skills in tuning audio systems with live demonstrations, OEM signal analysis, and advanced equalization techniques.
Day 3: Future FabLaser Cutting & Upholstery Techniques
Explore CAD/CAM design for laser cutting and CNC automation. Gain hands-on experience with industrial sewing techniques for custom upholstery, including pattern making and aluminum insert detailing.
Day 4: Metal, Plastics, & Lighting Fabrication
Elevate your builds with cutting-edge metal and plastic fabrication techniques. Learn aluminum routing, ABS plastic bonding, and 3-step LED edge lighting to create professional-grade installations.

Arrival flights are recommended to be booked one day prior to the training event’s start date.

Return flights are recommended to be booked one day after the training event’s conclusion date. The last 3 hours of class on the final class day are the most important hours for class attendance.

What should I bring?
Not a thing! Just bring yourself and be ready to learn! Leave room in your luggage to take a few things back home with you.

Are there any suggested prerequisites prior to taking this class?
A basic understanding of woodworking equipment is strongly recommended.
Who should attend?
Installation Managers, Hot Rod Builders, Installation Technicians, Cut and Sew Interior Technicians, Shop Personnel serving in a related function. Anyone with the passion and interest in building custom interiors!
What is included in the cost of tuition?
Lunch each day, as well as snacks are all provided at our training facility so there is no need to leave during the training session. This maximizes your time spent learning while providing an incredible value. Course tuition also includes a detailed training manual. Hotel accommodations are not included, but Mobile Solutions has negotiated a great rate for attendees at a nearby hotel, the hotel includes continental breakfast and a shuttle bus back and forth to the training facility each day.

What should I wear?
You are welcome to wear T-shirts and shorts/pants for all functions. While you are at Mobile Solutions you must wear closed toe shoes (no sandals, flip flops, or open toe shoes are allowed for safety reasons). Bring sunglasses and drink plenty of water while in Arizona.
